The Family Matters Documentation Services is an LLC and all usage is  the sole rights of the owner and may not be used, duplicated, changed, or added by any other entity. The terms include our service terms, all policies, and all other documentation. The guidelines and policies written are exclusively used for services provided and by using these services you agree to these terms.  By providing your phone number, email and contact information, you agree to receive text messages and or email messages from the Family Matters Documents Services. To opt out of all direct telephone text messaging, simply do not give your telephone number as a source of contact.
