Our digital material and media content are currently delivered by internet view and /or download. After your purchase has been approved we will process your order. Orders are typically processed within one (1) hour but could take as long as twenty-four (24) hours to complete. Once your order has been processed we will send you a confirmation email, using the email address you provided. This email will serve as your electronic purchase receipt and will contain the information you need to access our digital material for the purpose of your specific purchase.


We stand behind our services and products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our digital material and media services delivered via the Internet to protect our intellectual property, we generally offer no refunds.  If you change your mind about your purchase and we have not processed your service ordered, we will happily issue you a refund upon your written request.  Refund requests made after you view and download our digital material and media products, such as our instructional workshops, are handled on a case by case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. Refund request, if any, must be made within three (3) days of your original purchase. A copy of your original receipt sent via email, email address establishing the account, first and last name are required to process a request.
